The Knowledge Problem of New Paternalism

Our ASET book club read Nudge last year. The discussion was outstanding and both the thesis and the presentation have nagged at me. Mario Rizzo and his co-author have an outstanding analysis of the "New Paternalism" and it is well worth a read.
